Patrick Hinds is ones of the hosts of The Golden Girls Deep Dive Podcast

In his new podcast, Golden Girls Deep Dive, Hinds brings his signature humor and insight to each episode. Patrick’s deep love for the hit series, The Golden Girls, began in childhood, highlighted by an unforgettable first meeting in college hosting the one and only Bea Arthur who played Dorothy Zbornak on the iconic series. Years later, a serendipitous encounter at a bar in NYC with Bea Arthur, solidified him as a fan for life.  Each week, Hinds dives into the episodes, characters, and cultural impact, all while sharing his admiration for the series and its stars.

Patrick’s storytelling skills led him to author his memoir, Failure Is Not NOT an Option, which quickly became a Wall Street Journal and Publisher’s Weekly bestseller. Hinds took his book on the road with Patrick’s Travelling Book Party, entertaining sold-out audiences across the US and in London.

Patrick started his vibrant career in theater podcasting and holds a BFA in Theater Studies from Emerson College. Hinds is known for several Broadway-focused podcasts, such as Theater People and Broadway Backstory.
Since 2022, Patrick has served on the board of A is For, an organization focused on the de-stigmatization of abortion through art and creative initiatives.

He firmly believes in the value of learning from failure, famously stating, “If you failed, it means you tried - you took a chance and showed up for yourself.” Patrick is passionate about helping others learn from their mistakes to achieve success.
Patrick currently lives in New York City with his beloved husband and daughter.
